Eco-friendly dyeing has increased the environmental awareness to avoid hazardous chemicals in synthetic dye. In recent years a lot of attention is given for the process of textiles because of awareness for the sustainability and eco-friendly textiles. The herbal textiles are used as medicinal textiles. Herbal cloth is used to cure various disease like skin infection, psoriasis, eczema etc. Herbal clothes are produced by ancient technique of dyeing textiles. The herbal dyeing is not toxic, not allergic on skin. The dyes from herbs are absorbed in our body from herbal clothes for curing diseases. In this study five herbs have been selected based on medicinal and antimicrobial properties namely-Caesalpinia Sappan, Cassia Auriculata, Cassia Fistula, Mimosa Pudica, Tinospora Cordifolia.
