The effectiveness of online teaching and learning (T&L) is a significant challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic. Achieving the objectives of online T&L is the primary concern that led to the study conducted on the implementation of online-based learning on the technical subject at UTeM. Questionnaires were completed at the end of the semester. The results showed promising findings reinforcing the argument that the method implemented should be adapted in all similar subjects, becoming a practice in implementing such courses.
