Abstract Natural Language Processing (NLP) makes it easier for people to communicate with computers. Discourse analysis, morphological separation, machine translation, natural language creation and comprehension, parts-of-speech tagging, optical character recognition, speech recognition and sentiment analysis are just a few of the problems. Recent NLP research has a particular interest in unsupervised or semi-supervised learning techniques. The paper summarizes the current NLP methodologies. It describes in depth the numerous uses of NLP and lists the principal difficulties. The review also examines the technological limits.
