This paper investigates the adaptive event-triggered dynamic output feedback control problem for vehicle active suspension systems with nonlinearity and uncertainty based on interval type-2 fuzzy method. Firstly, considering the dynamic behaviors of the spring and shock absorber are highly nonlinear, a fuzzy suspension model is established to capture the nonlinearity and uncertainty of the suspension systems based on interval type-2 Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy rules. Secondly, in order to decrease the transmission burden, an event-triggered mechanism is employed to decide whether the sampled signal is transmitted or not with an adaptive triggering threshold.
