In this paper, a novel cloud based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) framework is proposed for neural network inventory control which can help the enterprise about future plans of their inventory. The framework is about predicting the needs of product based on past history on paid invoices. Paid invoices are selected according to events occurred at different time period. The framework proposed in this paper is REST (Representational State Transfer) based where machine learning algorithm for neural network is on separate host and input data is then given from cloud CRM as JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) messages. The framework can be installed as App/ Extension/ Module/ Solution in CRM.
