Vehicular communications becomes the rising technology in the research areas in the recent years, which gives some apparent results and their applications getting increased day-by-day. There are several applications like weather monitoring, traffic control, road safety warnings, driving assistance etc., generates enormous amount of data by sensing the physical phenomenon in order to distribute them among the communication parties.
