简介
In today’s world, e-learning process has become very popular in education system. Teachers, students and authorities actively participate in e-learning exchanging important information in terms of documents. So, documents for lecture series admit cards, registration cards, exam forms, results and e-certificates have exchanged over the internet which is unsecured. An attacker can capture the original document and can change the content in transit leading to authentication issues. So, the receiver may not get the original document. To obtain protect the documents, encryption is a must. Document encryption is required to have original and authenticated documents. In our paper, modified 128 bit AES-CBC has been implemented to protect the documents. One dimension logistic map is used to create a unique pseudo random number sequence. Then the values of the initialization vector are taken from the integer random number sequence randomly. The initialization vector is used to encryption and decryption algorithm. Traditional algorithms like DES and RSA have also been implemented and tested to encrypt the document. Simulation and security analysis shows the efficiency of our proposed scheme with other methods according to entropy, avalanche effect, and encryption and decryption time.
