Hardware Trojan is a malicious threat to the world of IC. So, finding new and effective ways to detect Hardware Trojans is a concern for the IC design world. The Side Channel Analysis method is a process of detecting Hardware Trojan by measuring circuit parameter and comparing it with the golden circuit (trojan-free circuit). Here, the path delay caused by Hardware Trojan in a digital circuit is measured for detection. However, if the effect of path delay is too small then it is difficult to be detected. So, this paper has focused on two-points. The first point is increasing the path delay and the second one is finding another method that can overcome the problem with an implausible difference between delays of the golden and trojan infected circuit.
