The current study synthesized silver nanoparticle (AgNP) biosynthesis and sustainable biochemical approaches, molecular docking studies using endemic and medicinal L. anatolica root aqueous extract. AgNPs were characterized in detail by TEM, XRD, and spectroscopic techniques such as FT-IR and UV–vis. The bioactivity of AgNPs was investigated with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, photocatalytic, antibacterial, enzyme inhibition, and DNA protection tests. The AgNP formation was verified by UV–vis examination at 440 nm and the XRD, which showed a clearly defined crystalline organization. The TEM picture revealed uniformly distributed with a spherical shape and an average diameter of 17.5 nm. The synthesized AgNP exhibited PMRA (A 0.5, 0.10 µg/mL), RPA (A 0.5, 1.17 µg/mL), LPI (IC 50, 1.10 µg/mL), DPPH•(IC 50, 2.61 µg/mL), and ABTS•+(IC 50-6.21 µg/mL) scavenging activities higher activity than …
