To improve the security, iris recognition system is used for person identification. Iris structure gets exaggerated structurally and textually due to many reasons like working environment, disease, medication and accident. Glaucoma is an optic nerve syndrome and structure of an iris is observed in the proposed work. Glaucoma identified precisely using EM segmentation and Cup to Disk Ratio (CDR). With the use of region props technique optic cup and optic disk diameter is measured. High-Resolution Fundus (HRF) database is used for analyzing the proposed work. Structural parameters are measure to check the structural variation with the help of bench mark image. Report said, due to glaucoma, iris structure get varies.
