For bringing data and services in close proximity to the end users, Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) is an emerging candidate because it provides 4C (Computing, Communication, Control and Caching) to the edges. MEC has faced some challenges to determine where the offloaded task will be processed in rapidly changing dynamic environment for faster processing. In this paper, we have employed fuzzy orchestrator based load balancing technique among SBS-MEC (Small Base Station-MEC) server to solve the dynamic resource management problem as well as overloaded problem of single SBS-MEC server. Simulation results corroborate that our proposed fuzzy orchestrator based load balancing technique will provide the best result compared to its competitor for reducing the average task failure and also decreasing the average task completion time.
