The using of unmanned aircraft for highly specialized applications in civilian and military aeronautical industries is particularly interesting. Its mass diffusion is retarded by the ATC (Air Traffic Control) organizations that must ensure the flight security. It is necessary to provide technologies capable to safely exchange the flight plan informations between base station and the aircraft even beyond” line-of-sight”. The goal of this paper is to show the system requirements and some implementation proposals for safe execution of handover and multicrew procedures.
