In order to evaluate the reliability of the cloud infrastructure, it is very important to build a fault repository to store fault information. This paper proposes a method of building a fault repository which can classify and record the faults that may occur in the cloud infrastructure. Test cases can be generated automatically based on the fault information. The workflow and concrete realization of building the fault repository through the fault tree analysis method are given. In addition, a domain-specific language is proposed to make the operation easier. It is verified that the method of building a fault repository is feasible.
