“Nutraceuticals” is any substance that may consist of dietary food or part of a food which provides health benefits, prevention, treatment, and management of diseases. Seaweed has been ingested for generations in East Asian nations, and understanding of the health advantages of eating seaweed has recently acquired popularity in Western societies. Seaweeds include vitamins that are both water‐soluble and fat‐soluble; these include the fat‐ and water‐soluble vitamins, as well as the minerals calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and fluoride. Because of more nutritional and pharmaceutical constituents values, seaweeds are traditionally used dietary food or as natural medicine for treating cancer, renal disorders, psoriasis, arteriosclerosis, heart disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, lung diseases, anti‐viral, ulcers, etc. The …
