This paper aims at the phenomenon of bandwidth resource in short supply which is caused by the sudden large amount of traffic under a certain wavelength in OL T pooling intra-datacenter. From the perspective of bandwidth fragmentation, an ONU optimization migration mechanism based on the greedy-genetic algorithm is proposed under the architecture of Passive Optical Network within the datacenter, so as to reduce the delay problem caused by traffic congestion, and improve the bandwidth utilization efficiency. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism can effectively improve the satisfaction rate of bandwidth. Compared with the mechanism without defragmentation, this mechanism can increase the satisfaction rate by about 48%, while compared with the random migration mechanism, this mechanism can increase the satisfaction rate by about 68%.
