In connection with current trends in the field of transport enterprises, it is necessary to constantly improve processes in all areas of the organization. For this reason, many enterprises implement management systems in their internal structures. According to foreign studies, the main difficulties for managing risk in an integrated system are the lack of an internationally recognized standard that would provide a structured guide to risk management in an integrated management system. The goal of the article is to propose the concept of integrated risk management in the areas of service quality, safety and health at work and environmental protection using the PAS 99 standard for transport enterprises.
