Contemporary service enterprises face challenges of the rapidly evolving technologies and business environments. Thus, the precise analysis and the accurate planning can be a key to the selection of the “right” strategies for IT investments and the implementation of any new technologies. Consequently, the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the profiling and development a “Fail-safe” (i.e., Consistent) Service-oriented formal model to support architectural decisions in service enterprise planning, and dynamic business activities managing by “Fault-tolerant” design.
