Emotional intelligence is affecting all parts of the workplace and plays an important role in the organization. In this study, we would like to confirm the effects of emotional intelligence on self-efficacy and job satisfaction that members perceive. In this study, an online questionnaire was conducted for members of medical institutions in Gyeonggi Province (excluding doctors) to test the hypothesis. The measurement used a Likert 5-point scale and the measurement items consisted of a total of 31 questions. The statistical analysis was performed using technical statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 22.0.
