简介
In this paper, we summarize research initiatives for 5G wireless communication based on advanced multiple access technologies. Earlier generations of cellular networks embraced different multiple access technologies that possessed a common feature that was to have orthogonal signals emitted at the receivers. Considering a variety of candidate types in multiple domains, this paper will basically focus on non-orthogonal multiple access techniques. An alternative approach to traditional encryption is the physical layer security. In order to ensure secure communication at the physical layer, it is important to leverage the propagation medium's properties and defects. We investigate physical layer security in several enabling technologies for 5G and the physical layer security challenges were also identified. Compared to other approaches to secure transmission of information for Next Generation Networks, beamforming with diversity provides an optimal solution for higher channel capacity. Various beamforming types and techniques involved with secure communication are examined in this paper. 5G communications standards are described in terms of protocols, techniques, mechanisms, and features. A substantial paradigm shift will occur with 5G compared to previous generations of mobile networks.
