In past few decades, there have been a considerable amount of Research and Development on Micro Quad Copter especially due to its high manoeuvrability and agility as well as its accessibility in areas where human intervention or any other aerial vehicle machine is impossible. It is difficult to have a constant human control over Radio Communication Link with the Micro Quad Copter and also complete the required task and hence autonomy is the key to achieve this [5]. This paper focuses on the distant trajectory and path planning of the Micro Quad Copter by its predefined GPS Co-ordinates teach pendant into the Microcontroller ATMega 2560. The Flight Control also consists of 10 DOF IMU embedded along with the Microcontroller in order to Stabilize the entire System. Also the GPS Data Filtering is done using Moving Average Algorithm in order to obtain GPS data update rate of 10Hz. GPS based Navigation of a Micro Quad Copter includes various future foreseen applications in Intelligent Surveillance, Package retrieval and delivery system as well Irrigation and Farming.
