The specific problem addressed in this study is to visualize the importance of training for school teachers and analyzing its relationship between training and teachers’ performance. The governmental schools in Kotli
AJ&K are unable to visualize the true importance of teachers training and its impact on performance. The intention of this specific study is to determine the impact of training on employee performance as well as on organizational performance and employee performance mediating role between employee training and organization performance. The research proposes the way the teachers’ effectiveness can be improved simply by suitable education and training. Both quantitative and qualitative methods used; questionnaire used for data collection. A complete involving 220 questionnaires have been dispersed amongst schools teachers of district Kotli AJ&K out of those 197 received with 90 percent turnover.
