In this paper, we consider the application of network coding (NC) for network management system of Radio and Television Broadcasting Stations in wireless network using a narrow band radios modem &Routers) as a means of transmission to communicate between the loins broadcast TV/FM stations. Our main contribution is the application of NCimproved by the proposed an effective strategy, called Fast Forwarding Strategy (FFS) compared to a classical routing strategy with a level of providing guarantees of service quality (QoS) expressed in terms of reducing the End-to-End Delays (EED) from source to destination. The practical and theoretical study, carried out by the authors, show that the EED of proposed strategy outperforms that of the classical strategy.
