ADS Plus is a complex, applied research initiative that involves a delicate dance between the researchers and the adult day centers that recruit participants, implement the intervention, and collect and report the data. In this session, the researchers present and analyze taped video interviews with administrators at both intervention and treatment sites to explore their perspectives on participating in the ADS Plus initiative. The researchers structured this exploration upon the five major domains of the Consolidated Framework for Intervention Research (CFIR):(a) the intervention;(b) the inner setting;(c) the outer setting;(d) the individuals involved; and the process by which implementation was accomplished (Damschroder et al., 2009).
