Risks caused by natural disasters, terrorist acts, economic fluctuations, and epidemic diseases, etc., result in disruptions. These anticipated or unexpected disruptions affect supply chain resilience degree adversely. A large body of literature exists on supply chain risks, and also the number of studies has increased with the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. Literature review reveals that disruption factors have different effects on the supply chains, and considering these effects, proper actions should be performed. In this regard, initially, disruption factors existing in the literature are investigated and summarized. Afterward, a methodology based on Neutrosophic Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (NF-DEMATEL) is utilized to assess the importance degrees of different disruption factors.
