In this rapid increasing technological world, the data can be taken from various social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. The data is mainly in the form of text. The Customer reviews play a very important role, while buying the products . In various machine learning techniques were used to extract the polarity from the reviews but those machine learning techniques failed to understand the semantics and context of the review. The sequential model capture the semantics of the product reviews. In this paper we propose LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) technique, which classifies the polarity of the product reviews automatically. The results indicate that the LSTM Technique outperform over the baseline Machine Learning Techniques.
