In this study it is aimed to empirically test the relation between effects of Leadership behavior on the factors of supportive learning environment in Pakistani organizations. This study has used the techniques of Structural Equation Modeling to test the models developed by Garvin et al. by taking the sample from organizations from the city of Lahore. The findings of this research suggest that leadership has effect on certain factors of learning environment but alone it cannot be considered as main contributor of enabling environment for learning.
