Recently, there are many banks that have provided mobile services to financial information. Therefore, consumers can use mobile services at anytime and anywhere. The object of this research is to understand what criteria affects consumers' inclination in mobile banking service. The authors focused on the assessments which is associated with system quality, information quality and service quality to assess consumers' inclination. This paper combined the DEMATEL and ANP approach to cope with the problem of interdependence that exists among criteria, and to select an optimal portfolio of consumers' inclination.
