MSME is one of the important parts of a country's economy, because MSME has a very important role in improving the speed of community economic development. The development of ICT has brought about revolutionary changes in human lifestyles and the workplace. The spread of ICTs will bridge the gap by reducing economic distances and providing instant and economic access to information. Thus, this study used online questionnaire survey to gather the primary data to determine the acceptance in MSMEs under the constructs of effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition. This study is conducted in Bali, Indonesia focuses at Badung Regency, Gianyar Regency, and Denpasar Regency.
