(57) ABSTRACT A flexible project management workflow uses a flexible pro cess model that Supports structured, unstructured and semi structured workflow execution. The model combines formal models with data triggers and spontaneously triggered action items that may be added ad hoc by approvers or actors involved in the workflow. The model makes use of Web-based implementation, automatic tracking of data evolution and e-mail notifications as usability components.
