With the emergence of low earth orbit (LEO) satellites, the incorporation of ground, air, and space networks is a prominent solution for remote Internet of Things (IoT) sixth-generation (6G) networks. IoT devices may associate with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the air and further UAVs can access LEO satellites in space using uplinks. Due to the heterogeneity of the system scenario, designing a UAV LEO data collection scheme is very challenging. In this paper, we developed a resource allocation problem for the two-level uplink scheme where UAVs collect data from remote IoT devices and UAVs transmit the data to LEO satellites. In order to maximize the throughput among IoT devices, we have designed a low-complex resource allocation algorithm for IoT devices.
