According to new and extensive scientific studies in the field of sports and the importance of knowledge management of these achievements in the policies of sports managers for the optimal and effective training of athletes in order to achieve higher performance and prevent injuries of athletes, this article using the method of structural equations , has investigated the effect of knowledge management components in wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the research was wrestling athletes in 1401, and 50 people were selected as the sample size using Morgan's formula and simple random sampling. The data collection tool included Newman and Konrad's (2000) 21-item knowledge management questionnaire, 32-item auxiliary training questionnaire (2016) and 28-item Parsons effectiveness questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by a group of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7. The results of the research using structural equations of PLS software show that the component of knowledge creation in the managers of the wrestling federation with a number of 43.8522 has the highest weight of the factor loads and the component of knowledge transfer with 21.7366 has the lowest weight.
