简介
In an effort to increase bilateral and multilateral trade opportunities, more and more non-Japanese individuals and businesses find themselves making binding and necessarily complicated contracts with their Japanese counterparts. The following is a description and analysis of one dispute resolution process, namely the arbitration process in Japan, as practiced by the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
