Safety on the residential area is a crucial element to residents and many measures have been taken to prevent any unforeseen circumstances from happening. The current security features in the residential area include hiring security guards, monitoring the external guests at the main entrance and limiting access to the residential areas. The installation of closed-circuit television would incite fear within criminals, however, due to the high cost of installation and maintenance, some of the residential areas do not have this feature. For guarded residential areas, the security guard is hired to monitor the outsiders who enter the area. However, due to human factor this duty is neglected and hence loosen the security measures.
