In this research, the effect of innovation practices of private airline companies operating in Istanbul on business competitiveness is examined according to the perception of the employees. Scales aimed at explaining innovative practices and competitiveness were used in the research. The sample group of the research consists of personnel working in airline companies operating in Istanbul. In line with the purpose of the research, data were collected from 415 personnel using a questionnaire form with convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Amos statistical programs. The scales used in the research were analyzed in the structural equation model through the Amos statistical program. When the results are examined, product, process and marketing innovations affect the perception of internal and global competitiveness positively. On the other hand, strategy innovation does not positively affect the internal and global competitiveness of enterprises according to the employees.
