In this paper we propose algorithm for clustering, aggregation and classification of M2M devices in future 4G/5G networks. The proposed algorithm ensures more efficient use of the radio resourse of the mobile network, reduction of the signal load to the base station and the power consumption of M2M devices. The novelty of the algorithm lies in choosing the main mobile node based on the Voronoi diagram and the methods of fuzzy logic. This algorithm is implemented on new M2M gateways, which will perform the functions of selecting the main node, grouping various data into service classes, and balancing the load between the gateways in order to transfer data to non-loadbearing base stations 4G/5G.
