To the Editor: Lichen planus (LP) is an inflammatory dermatosis associated with cardiovascular risk factors including dyslipidemia. 1 Mounting evidence indicates that inflammatory diseases, including skin diseases such as psoriasis, can drive the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD). 2, 3 However, evidence is lacking on the relationship between LP and CVD.
