The Internet of Things (IoT) has shown to be beneficial in today’s increasingly connected world. IoT has transformed nearly every industry, opening up huge opportunities for future innovation and progress. The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), as one important application area of IoT, has changed healthcare delivery, such as by playing a crucial role in treating diabetic patients with the use of Artificial Pancreas System (APS). On the other hand, a slew of current and new security threats have put IMoT’s ability to offer services safely in jeopardy. Hence, it is critical to minimize these security problems, such as by safeguarding information traveling from one IMoT device to another.
