One of the most effective techniques established for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) is known as gas injection in both miscible and immiscible moods. By reason of large quantity, accessibility and cheap price, N2 injection is preferred to other hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon source of gases. Having designed an efficient gas-based EOR, it is essential to accurately determine the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP); thereby, it is needed to propose an accurate and simple model for N2-MMP computation. In this communication, using advanced regression analysis, a new empirically-derived model was proposed for N2-MMP as function of reservoir fluid properties. The employed database is gathered from reliable literature sources, in which 20% and 80% of the entire database are assigned to the learning process of the model and examining its potential capability, respectively.
