The paper considers a variety of structurally interrelated diverse systems for evaluation the boring rig effectiveness. The paper presents the technique of determining the tool life of a rolling cutter bit and drilling speed depending on the strength characteristics and structure of the array rock, and for calculating the unit cost of drilling. This technique allows analyzing the ratio between the boring rig performance and resource of the rolling cutter bits for drilling rocks, with different physical and mechanical properties and structure.
