The aim of this research is to explore the role of Knowledge Management (KM) infrastructure (Organizational culture, Organizational structure, human resource, information technology, and physical environment) in enhancing innovation at mobile telecommunication companies in Jordan. A total of 300 questionnaires containing 41 items were used to collect information from respondents working in the only three mobile companies operating in Jordan. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the research hypotheses. Results of the current study revealed that there is a significant positive impact of KM infrastructure on innovation. The results strongly augment previous studies mentioned in the literature, revealing that the dimension of KM infrastructure that has the highest impact on innovation is Information Technology (IT). The results of the current study have several managerial implications for organizations; If mobile telecommunication companies in Jordan want to enhance their innovative capacity, they have to work on maintaining an efficient KM infrastructure, investing mainly in IT. When organizations have an efficient KM infrastructure, innovation will increase and organizations should obtain and maintain their competitive advantage in the industry.
