Electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) are in extremely high demand due to the advancement of EVs. To fix the insufficient charging stations issues vehicle to vehicle (V2V) charging method has been proposed. The energy transferring, battery cycles, and the state of battery depend on modeling the capacity estimation of batteries. In this research work, a practical Energy Transfer System (ETS) for lithium-ion battery-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging method is proposed. The proposed ETS includes a portable charger with a non-isolated SEPIC converter that can be simply set up as Constant Current/Constant Voltage control (CCCV) based PID controller and to optimize the target in accordance with SOC, battery voltage, and current.
