Despite the importance of the preventive vaccines sector against communicable diseases, it did not take sufficient attention to it in terms of funding in recent years, but the emergence and outbreak of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in an unprecedented manner have restored this sector's vitality and interest in it, and this may be the only good thing for the outbreak of the coronavirus. In this review, we will explore (1) the categories of technologies used in the development and production of vaccines against the coronavirus range from classic to modern and most modern, (2) the immunological avenues that these vaccines take to induce a strong and durable immune response, (3) the possibility of using vaccines produced by different technologies and having different compositions for vaccination, (4) the wane of these immune responses against these vaccines, (5) then, from the simple to complicated side effects …
