Academia and industry are deeply looking into cyber physical system (CPS) security attentively from the past few years. Establishing security is the main problem with a wide range of cyberattacks. This chapter focused on segregating research on the CPS security by combining computing, networking, and operations. Analysing the influence of human life in CPS security and identifying the corollary of attacks, models and architecture in CPS. Attacks and threats of various CPS types are analyzed in this chapter.
