Today, in most of the developing countries we can see a vast advancement in IoT (Internet of Things). IoT is a feasible solution for data transfer over wireless communication with high precision data transfer without the involvement of humans. Nowadays, LoRa Technology has gained popularity in IoT applications due to its many advantages like long-distance communication, battery life, resistance to noise etc. Hydroponic farm monitoring system is an application that requires regular monitoring to yield better growth of the desired crops. This monitoring system can be performed by using various communication techniques like WiFi, BLE etc. The objective of this paper is to design a LoRa technology-based IoT network for Hydroponic farm monitoring system.
