The report describes incentives for electromobility across Europe. A dynamic car fleet and propulsion technology model, SERAPIS, is built and used as basis for economic assessments of different e-vehicle incentives in Norway and Austria. A scenario analysis illustrates the importance of the supply side and technological development.
