Component-Based Software Engineering (CBSE) is the concept of software development using existing components. However, the components themselves have many forms in the software. Some studies suggest that components are executable. In building an application, components are needed in different forms so that it can be used not only in an application but can also be used on a website. This study aims to produce another form of a component in the Model-View-Controller (MVC) based software model which can later be implemented in website development. In this case, the case is taken in a vehicle testing system application. The component model itself uses the CBSE approach by utilizing several UML diagrams in its design.
