In this article the special role of innovative management aimed to enhancing innovation enterprise is arguments. It shows appropriateness of research of innovation issues, innovative ideas and innovative staging purposes which were raised in the process of innovation management. The attention is focused on the study of the climate for innovation and innovative business management tools. Problematic points were marked in the research process of innovation in components of the enterprise.
