简介
2 Kadali et al.,/Advances in Biology, Biotechnology and Genetics, 03 (2016), 01, 01-06 could act on wide variety of diseases. Lots of medicinal plants have traditional importance. One of the great aspect of herbs is they show 100% results when comes to the healing. Herbs have all sorts of answers aginst various diseases. Medicinal plants used for the treatment of asthma which possess antiinflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-histaminic, smooth muscle relaxant and allergic activity (Kumar et al, 2009). It is known that Yucca Gloriosa extract inhibited airway hyper responsiveness through proinflammatory inhibitory pathway (Gupta et al, 2014). Curcumin, a polyphenol compound from Curcuma longa attenuates the development of allergic airway inflammation and hyper-responsiveness, possibly through inhibition of NF-κB activation in the asthmatic lung tissue (SW et al, 2011). Andrographolide, the principal active component of the medicinal plant Andrographis paniculata has been shown to possess anti asthmatic activity by inhibiting the NF-kB pathway at the level of inhibitory kB kinaseβ activation (Bao et al, 2009 a). The ethanol extract from Saururus chinensis has shown the anti-asthmatic activity via the inhibition of eicosanoid generation, degranulation as well as the down regulation of IL-4 and eotaxin mRNA expression (Lee et al, 2006). The nbutanolic fraction of fruit pulp of Balanites aegyptiaca has shown that the antiasthmatic and antianaphylactic activity of Balanites aegyptiaca due to the membrane stabilising potential, suppression of antibody production, reduction in eosinophil cells count and inhibition of antigen induced histamine or …
