This research study aims to improve the usability of mobile ERP apps by addressing their potential usability challenges. Therefore, a set of research studies were conducted to construct a conceptualisation of the usability challenges of mobile ERP apps. In this research study, adaptive user interfaces (AUIs) have been exploited to address the identified usability challenges of mobile ERP apps.
