Adoption of e-mobility technologies hinges on the provision of comprehensive service ecosystems to drive favorable user experience. In order to build those services and to develop a comprehensive ecosystem, we need to understand existing service business models as well as to develop suitable new ones. As a step towards this objective, this work develops a domain-specific framework for service business models, gathers corresponding information from 75 publicly funded research projects in Germany, and identifies clusters of existing or intended service business models.
